Kitchen and Dining Room Conservatory

This existing house had a fairly narrow kitchen area at the back, a study area and separate dining room extension built by the previous owner. The client was really looking to create a large kitchen/dining room area for their growing family.

CH Building Designs put forward a design that gave the client the results they wanted. Internally, an open plan kitchen and dining room with seating area was provided along with a separate utility room and study.

The design meant that formal planning permission was not required but a Lawful Development Certificate was obtained along with Building Regulations Approval. Outside the removal of the extension made the garden bigger and more useable.
