Colin explains: "After a couple of years spent teaching English in Spain, in 2001 I also achieved two City and Guilds qualifications in AutoCAD drafting and design. I could finally get rid of the drawing board and pens that I had been using for 10 years!" Colin qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2003 and has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors since 1988.
