Garden Room ExtensionThe owner of this property was looking to extend their living room to create a relaxing seating area which was as light as possible to enjoy the garden and view. This was achieved by including a large set of external concertina doors to the patio, a full height side window, a sloping ceiling and a new structural opening between the lounge and extension area all in keeping with the existing house style. 
Planning permission was not required due to the extension size. However, CH Building Designs obtained a Lawful Development Certificate and Building Regulations Approval. The owner now has a wonderful relaxing space and a large entertaining area which has brought the outdoor space inside.
