Single Storey Rear Extension

This existing house had a very small kitchen, a need for a larger kitchen, study area and a toilet on the ground floor were required for a growing family.

CH Building Designs advised the client on how their home could be extended into the garden including a raised patio area. Both planning and building regulations approval were obtained along with advice in relation to the Party Wall Act and builder recommendations. The extension incorporated a new open plan kitchen and breakfast bar area, the old kitchen became the study and a toilet was provided underneath the stairs.
