Garage ConversionThe client needed more space on the ground floor of their property and wanted to convert the existing garage into a lounge and convert their existing smaller lounge into a dining room. 
CH Building Designs provided a fully detailed scheme that converted the existing garage into a lounge. The new lounge had direct access into the kitchen and with a new opening formed, also into the dining room. This gave 360° access on the ground floor. The full width of the existing garage door opening was utilised to incorporate a large bay window which needed planning permission, building regulations approval was also obtained.
