Loft ConversionThe client wanted to make use of the existing loft space without extending to provide an additional double bedroom with en-suite. CH Building Designs provided a scheme that gave the client two bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower/toilet facility. 
No extension was required to the existing roof slope but rooflights were introduced to maximise light and create the space open feeling. Planning permission was obtained along with building regulations approval. Recommendations for a reliable builder were made to ensure the build went smoothly.
