Kitchen ExtensionThe client was looking to extend their fairly long and narrow kitchen. The design included an extension that gave the owner an enlarged open plan kitchen and dining room area with entrance porch to the garden. The extension included a roof lantern and the existing kitchen ceiling was removed with rooflights added to provide a light and open space. 
The design was sympathetic with the existing period house located in the Metroplitan Green Belt. Planning and building regulations approvals were obtained in good timing without any changes required. The client now has a wonderful space that is not only functional but allows them to entertain and become the heart of the house.
