Colin Henderson draws on over 20 years of expert knowledge and experience to provide a high-quality design service that makes the process of home alterations and extensions smooth and simple for his clients.

Colin started CH Building Designs in September 2007. Of his commitment to his work, Colin says: "I really enjoy what I do and I get very enthusiastic about helping my clients achieve what they want."

In order to maintain high standards, Colin continues his occupational development following his professional qualifications which include a BTEC Certificate in Building Studies and a Degree in Building surveying.

Colin explains: "After a couple of years spent teaching English in Spain, in 2001 I also achieved two City and Guilds qualifications in AutoCAD drafting and design. I could finally get rid of the drawing board and pens that I had been using for 10 years!"

Colin qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2003 and has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors since 1988. Being regulated by RICS, you can be assured that CH Building Designs follows the highest of ethical standards.
